FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Shipping

When can I expect my order to ship?

Please allow up to 5-8 business days after purchasing for your order to be shipped. Once your order is on it's way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. I am a one man show here so your patience is greatly appreciated.

My order had not arrived/is incorrect. What should I do?

If your order is damaged, incorrect, missing or taking longer than expected use the contact page to fill out an order contact form and we’ll resolve it.

How will my order be packaged?

All prints are wrapped in kraft paper and shipped in a 3" or 5" wide kraft mailing tube. Originals are shipped flat, wrapped in buffered acid free archival tissue paper, between two acid free foam boards and wrapped again in plastic wrap.

Commissions

I would like to hire you for a project. What’s the best way to reach you?

If you are interested in commissioning a design use the contact page to fill out the contact form.

I saw piece that I think would be a good fit for my brand. Can I license an existing work?

I don’t make licenses available for every piece, but try to be explicit when they are. If you’re not sure, but interested in licensing something in particular reach out anyways via the contact page.

Tattoo Policy

Can I commission you to design my tattoo?

I do not design tattoos. The cost of me designing your tattoo and then for your artist to apply it would be so much more expensive than just letting your tattoo artist take care of it. The translation between the work and the tattoo can vary dramatically which leaves all parties involved expecting different things.

I want to get one of your pieces as a tattoo. What should I do?

I don’t mind at all if you want to get something of mine tattooed. I would appreciate if you bought something from the shop to lend some support to me and my work if you can. Send pictures once it’s done!
